※ドライバー様、20歳未満、お酒が飲めないお客様へはジュースをご用意致します。

※スーツケースやお手荷物は、ツアー催行中のお預かり可能です。
※弊社へのバスの直行便や経由便はありません。
※歩道等の確保がありませんので徒歩でのご来場は安全上推奨できません。

ご連絡が無く無断キャンセルの場合：見学料金の100%を請求いたします。
当日のキャンセル：見学料金の50%を請求いたします。
前日のキャンセル：見学料金の25%を請求いたします。
前々日迄のキャンセル：キャンセル料は頂きません。
お時間の変更：お受け入れできない場合がございます。
ご予約の無い団体様（7名様以上）の受け入れは出来ません。

★Hokkaido Winery Tour (Reservation Required) PM1
Price: ¥7,700 per person (tax included)
Start time: 13:30 – 15:00
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes (subject to change depending on group size)
Includes: Staff-led historical commentary, immersive experience in the virtual vineyard, tour of the oak barrel ageing cellar, observation of bottle-fermented sparkling wine production, wine tasting in the special underground tasting room ‘Keller 3’, paired amuse-bouche (snacks), and a voucher for purchases on the day.
*Juice will be provided for drivers, guests under 20 years of age, and those unable to consume alcohol.
Please inform staff on the day.
*Suitcases and personal luggage can be stored during the tour.
*There are no direct or connecting bus services to our premises.
*Due to the lack of designated footpaths, arriving on foot is not recommended for safety reasons.
*Please feel free to ask staff to arrange a taxi for your return journey.

■ Cancellation Policy
No-shows without prior notice: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations on the day: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations made the day before: 25% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations made two days prior or earlier: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Time changes: We may not be able to accommodate these.
Groups of 7 or more without a reservation cannot be accommodated.
