内容：専門の醸造スタッフがワインの造りの深部までご案内。木樽への焼印体験、瓶内二次発酵スパークリングワインのルミュアージュ（動瓶）体験、デゴルジュマン（滓引き）実演や滓引き直後と熟成タイプのスパークリング飲み比べなどマニアックな体験を。、ワインをお好きな皆さまが楽しめる内容ですので、ワインにお詳しくない皆さまのご参加も大歓迎です！本ツアーご参加後は、今までよりもっともっとワインが好きになっていただけると自負しております！！

Round-trip transport included (Meet at Minami-Otaru Station. Departure at 9:30, so please arrive by this time.)
Start time: 10:00 – 12:00
Duration: Approximately 150 minutes (Duration may vary depending on group size)
Content: Specialised winemaking staff guide you through the intricacies of wine production. Experience wood-barrel branding, riddling (remuage) of bottle-fermented sparkling wine, a demonstration of disgorging (dégorgement), and a tasting comparison of freshly disgorged and aged sparkling wines. This is a specialised experience, but it's designed for all wine lovers to enjoy, so those less familiar with wine are most welcome to join! We're confident that after this tour, you'll love wine even more than before!!
Additionally, enjoy a guided tour of the winery's history, an immersive virtual vineyard experience, wine tasting in a special tasting room (using various Riedel glasses!), paired amuse-bouches (snacks), and a discount voucher for purchases made that day.
Furthermore, receive a rare wine exclusive to this tour – an experimental cuvée from Tsurunuma Winery, unavailable on the market!

■Cancellation Policy
No-shows without prior notice: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations on the day: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations made the day before: 25% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations made two days prior or earlier: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Time changes: We may not be able to accommodate these.
Groups of 7 or more without a prior reservation cannot be accommodated.
