当日のキャンセル：見学料金の50%を請求いたします。

お時間の変更：お受け入れできない場合がございます。

Activities：Expert staff will explain the facilities and history of the vineyard, show you the Virtual Vineyard, and introduce you to the special tasting room, keller3, where you can enjoy a wine and snack pairing. Includes discount coupon for same-day shopping.
Juice is available for drivers, those under 20 years old, and those who do not drink alcohol.
*There is no direct or via bus service to our company.
*Walking is not recommended for safety reasons as there are no sidewalks.
*Please feel free to ask our staff for a cab for your return trip.

Cancellation without notice: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellation on the day of the tour: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellation the day before: 25% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellation up to 2 days prior to the date of the visit: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Change of time: We may not be able to accommodate your request.
