■Hokkaido Winery Tour
Historical explanations by professional staff, immersive experience in a virtual vineyard, tour of the oak barrel aging room, tour of the in-bottle secondary fermentation sparkling process, wine tasting in the underground special tasting room 'Keller 3', paired amuse-bouche, and same-day shopping voucher included.
Operating days: 3 times a day at 10:30 / 13:00 / 15:00
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes (excluding shopping time)
Capacity: Up to 16 people per session
Price: 7,700 yen (tax included) per person
■ "Technical Course for Winery Tour" (The fee is 13,200yen per person) : Reservations required
Official name: Winery Tour Technical Course
Once a month / capacity (10 people)
Expert winemaking staff will take you deep into the winemaking process.
You will actually experience the lumiage (bottle movement) and degorging (racking) of sparkling wine during the second fermentation in the bottle. Enjoy pairing the sparkling wines you worked with, as well as wines that have won prestigious wine competitions and other high-class wines, with Hokkaido-made snacks in the "Keller 3" special tasting room in the basement.
Includes a discount coupon for same-day purchases.
We will take the time to show you the depth of our winemaking process. Full course includes all the information.
■"Winery Lunch" (The participation fee starts from 13,000 yen per person) : Reservations required
This is a special hospitality plan that includes local food and free round-trip transportation from JR Minami-Otaru Station to the winery to enjoy the winery's signature wines.
All the contents of the full-course winery tour are included.
Once a month, on Sundays, each tour is limited to 16 people.

*Please note that the winery tour is a moving course through the actual brewing facility. There are no elevators or other equipment available for the tour. Please consult with us if you have a disability as you will need to go up and down stairs and over small steps.
*The following individuals are not allowed to taste wine, and non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks will be provided during the tasting:
- Drivers of automobiles, motorcycles, etc.
- Pregnant or nursing mothers
- Individuals under 20 years old (If not accompanied by someone who is at least 20 years old, you will not be allowed to participate in the winery tour)
*Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
- Cancellation on the day of the tour: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
- Cancellation the day before: 25% of the tour fee will be charged.
- Cancellation up to 2 days prior to the date of the visit: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Change of time: We may not be able to accommodate your request.
- We cannot accept groups (more than 7 people) without a reservation.
