内容：専門の醸造スタッフがワインの造りの深部までご案内。木樽への焼印体験、瓶内二次発酵スパークリングワインのルミュアージュ（動瓶）体験、デゴルジュマン（滓引き）実演や滓引き直後と熟成タイプのスパークリング飲み比べなどマニアックな体験を。ワインが詳しく、お好きな方も、ワインにお詳しくない皆さまのご参加も大歓迎です！本ツアーご参加後は、今までよりもっともっとワインが好きになっていただけると自負しております！！

★Hokkaido Winery Technical Tour (Reservation Required)
Price: ¥13,200 per person (tax included)
Round-trip transportation included (Meet at Minami-Otaru Station. Departure is at 13:30 PM, so please arrive by the designated time.)
Start Time: 14:00 PM ~ 16:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 150 minutes (Duration may vary depending on group size)
Content: Our expert winemaking staff will guide you deep into the world of wine production. Experience unique activities like branding wooden barrels, participating in the remuage (bottle rotation) process for bottle-fermented sparkling wine, watching a live dégorgement (disgorging) demonstration, and tasting both freshly disgorged and aged sparkling wines side-by-side. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or new to wine, everyone is welcome! We are confident that after participating in this tour, you will love wine even more than before!!
Additionally, the tour includes: a presentation (covering Hokkaido Wine's current initiatives), a guided history of the winery, an immersive virtual vineyard experience, wine tasting in a special tasting room (using various Riedel glasses!), pairing amuse-bouches (snacks), and a discount coupon for purchases made that day.
All participants will receive a full bottle of wine as a gift!
