おたるワインギャラリー開店30周年を記念して、約30種類のワインが楽しめる夢のようなひとときをご用意しました。
特別試飲室「Keller3」でのテイスティングや、醸造責任者によるデゴルジュマン実演、4Kシアターでの鶴沼農場の四季映像など、特別な体験が盛りだくさん。
さらに、小樽イタリアン「ぴあっと」特製の前菜BOXや、参加者限定の特別価格ワインセットもご用意しています。

日程：2025年11月22日（土）
時間：16：40～19：30（第二部）

◆ プログラム内容
1) 特別ワイナリーツアー及び、醸造責任者河西由喜による「瓶内二次発酵スパークリングのデゴルジュマン（滓抜き）実演」と「ドザージュ（甘辛調整）有り・無しの比較テイスティング」
2) 大迫力4Kシアターでブドウ畑の1年に没入体験。
3) 地下特別テイスティングルームにて約30種類のワインテイスティングフライト
4) 地元小樽イタリアン『ぴあっと』のシェフ特製前菜盛り合わせBOX(一般第一部と第二部のみ)
5) 当日参加者限定の特別価格ワインセットの販売(数量限定となります)
6) JR小樽駅から徒歩で約3分の北海道新聞小樽支社前からイベント会場の醸造所までの無料送迎バス付き

19時30分　ワイナリー出発
19時50分頃　北海道新聞小樽支社前で解散
