内容：専門の醸造スタッフがワインの造りの深部までご案内。木樽への焼印体験、瓶内二次発酵スパークリングワインのルミュアージュ（動瓶）体験、デゴルジュマン（滓引き）実演や滓引き直後と熟成タイプのスパークリング飲み比べなどマニアックな体験を。ワインが詳しく、お好きな方も、ワインにお詳しくない皆さまのご参加も大歓迎です！本ツアーご参加後は、今までよりもっともっとワインが好きになっていただけると自負しております！！
その他、プレゼンテーション（北海道ワインの現在の取り組み等）、ワイナリーの歴史ご案内、バーチャルヴィンヤード没入体験、特別テイスティングルームでのワインテイスティング（各種リーデルグラス使用！）、ペアリングアミューズ（おつまみ）、当日お買物割引券などが付きます。

ご連絡が無く無断キャンセルの場合：見学料金の100%を請求いたします。
当日のキャンセル：見学料金の50%を請求いたします。
前日のキャンセル：見学料金の25%を請求いたします。
前々日迄のキャンセル：キャンセル料は頂きません。
お時間の変更：お受け入れできない場合がございます。

Round-trip transportation included (Meet at Minami-Otaru Station. Departure is at 9:30 AM, so please arrive by the designated time.)
Start Time: 10:00 AM ~ 12:30 PM
Duration: Approximately 150 minutes (Duration may vary depending on group size)
Content: Our expert winemaking staff will guide you deep into the world of wine production. Experience unique activities like branding wooden barrels, participating in the remuage (bottle rotation) process for bottle-fermented sparkling wine, watching a live dégorgement (disgorging) demonstration, and tasting both freshly disgorged and aged sparkling wines side-by-side. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or new to wine, everyone is welcome! We are confident that after participating in this tour, you will love wine even more than before!!
Additionally, the tour includes: a presentation (covering Hokkaido Wine's current initiatives), a guided history of the winery, an immersive virtual vineyard experience, wine tasting in a special tasting room (using various Riedel glasses!), pairing amuse-bouches (snacks), and a discount coupon for purchases made that day.
All participants will receive a full bottle of wine as a gift!

■Cancellation Policy
No-shows without prior notice: 100% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations on the day of the tour: 50% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations made the day before: 25% of the tour fee will be charged.
Cancellations made two days prior or earlier: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Time changes: We may not be able to accommodate time changes.
We cannot accept groups (7 or more people) without a reservation.
